A copy stays in your home, so every cleaner follows the same approved work and uses Kate’s Plan™ for the final check. If you want to change the plan, just tell us before the visit. As always, we’ll confirm any price change with you first.

Kate sets and oversees the standard, though she may not clean every visit herself. Kate’s Plan™ gives us the same approved checklist for the cleaning and final check.

Yes. Choose the whole home or only the rooms and details you need. Start with the everyday essentials, add what matters to you, and approve the plan before cleaning begins. A minimum visit price applies.

Your quote covers the work approved in Kate’s Plan™. We estimate the expected time and expenses before you approve it, giving you a clear job price instead of an open-ended hourly bill.
